Manipulación del telón de teatro del Perez Galdós para su restauración y transporte a Canarias, utilizando soportes especiales de doble función.
a) Levantar y poder colgar el telón para revisión y manipulación posteriores.
b) Diseñar con soportes capaz de subir como mesa de trabajo para la restauración tanto delantera como trasera.
c) Conseguir que al textil no se le produzcan pliegues y dobleces que puedan suponer deterioros.
Todo este método de trabajo ha sido fabricado y desarrollado por SIT en colaboración con un equipo de restauradores y supervisores.
En lo que respecta al transporte, SIT diseñó una estructura oval para el enrollado y desenrollado y para que en dichos procesos se pudiese acoplar al sistema de izado al conjunto soporte textil, para su instalación definitiva.
Todo este conjunto de estructuras soportes y métodos fueron decisivos para el desarrollo de manipulación, restauración e instalación, adecuada y con control absoluto sobre cada proceso.
Handling a theatre curtain for restoration and transport to the Canary Islands,
using special for dual function supports.
Tarjects:
a) Raise the curtain to hang for inspection and further handling.
b ) Designing a structure capable of elevating as a workbench for both front and rear restorations.
c ) Ensure that the fabric has no folds or creases that could pose damages.
The entire working method has been developed and built by SIT , in collaboration with a team of restorers and supervisors.
For transportation, SIT designed an oval structure to allow rolling and unrolling and at the same time couple with the hoisting system and textile support mechanisms for dual installation.
This arrangement of structures, supports and methodes were decisive to complete proper manipulation, restoration and installation with a total control of each phase of the process
